Order Processing
All shirts, accessories, and merchandise are created after your order is placed. This allows us to prepare each item with care and quality before it is shipped.
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume seasons, product availability delays, or unexpected production delays.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, packaged, and shipped, delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
Estimated delivery times:
United States: 3–10 business days after shipment
International Orders: 7–21 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another trusted shipping provider.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout, when available.
Tracking Your Order
After your tracking number is sent, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking has not updated right away, this does not always mean your package is lost. The carrier may still be processing the shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensurecheckout when your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, the shipping carrier handles delivery.
We are not responsible for packages that the carrier has lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local post office, neighbors, front desk, building office, or carrier directly.
Delivery Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, incorrect addresses, customs, or other situations outside of our control.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
